Fiberglass Bi-axial Fabric
CYC fiberglass bi-axial fabrics are made of E-Glass roving which is paralleled along 0°& 90° or +45°& -45° directions and stitched by polyester yarn. The proportion weight of 0°&90° can be adjusted according to customer’s requirement. Chopped strand mat and non-woven fabric (polyester veil, fiberglass veil and carbon fiber veil) is available to be selected to stitched together. Bi-axial fabrics are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resin. It is designed for pultrusion, filament winding, hand lay-up, vacuum infusion processes. They are widely used in wind blades, shipbuilding, FRP pipes and tanks, marine panels, sports goods, truck panels, automobiles industries etc

PACKAGING:
Each roll of fiberglass bi-axial fabric warpped on 3" (76mm) diameter paper tube with net weight around 40KG and then packed with polyester bag, and then put each roll into individual carton box and packed by standard exporting pallets.
STORAGE
Unless otherwise specified, the product should be stacked in dry and cool place with its orginal packing, do not open the package to cause damp.
