CYC Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber Chopped Strand
CYC Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber Chopped Strand is mainly designed for dry mix systems or other premixing processes for subsequent molding into an intricate GRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Cement) & GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) composites components. Special sizing system optimized the abrasion resistance and strand integrity is easy blending with dry materials. It is designed for preparation of pre-bagged mixes of special mortars or renders and widely used in the manufacture by pre-casting of standard GRC components.

Shipment:
For sea shipment, a maximum of 20 pallets (by two levels) will be loaded in a 20' foot container, total net weight is approximately 16MT. Road vehicle will be loaded up to 18 pallets, total net weight around 14MT.
Storage:
AR Glass Fiber Chopped Strand should be stored in dry place with their original packaging, the best conditions being at a temperature of between 15 degree -35 degree and at a relative humidity of between 35% - 65%. If AR Glass Fiber Chopped Strand is stored at low temperature (below 15degree) it is advisable to condition in the workshop for 24 hours before use to prevent condensation.
Quality Control:
Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber Chopped Strand is manufactured under a Quality Management System approved to ISO 9001:2000.
a. Each pallet has 20 levels ,4 bags /level,totally 80 polythene bag;
b. The complete pallet is enclosed in polythene and identified with two labels.
