Sichuan Chang Yang Composites Company Limited produce Alkali Resistant Glassfiber Continuous Roving with Zirconia above 16.5% is designed for reinforcing the GRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Cement) or GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) composites by spray up chopping process specially. AR glass fiber spray roving is designed for optimum processability. It is used in the manufacture of GRC architectural panels and other building elements, civil engineering and infrastructure components.

They are protected by a shrink-wrap polythene film which should not be removed before using. Each roving bobbin is identified by an individual label and packed in a pallet. It is white coloured with high content of Zirconia which above 16.5% (ZrO2>16.5%).

Shipment:
For sea transportation, a maximum of 20 pallets (on two levels) will be loaded into a 20' foot container,
giving a total net weight approximately 17-20MT.
Storage:
Sichuan Chang Yang Composites Company Limited produce Alkali Resistant Glassfiber Continuous Roving should be stored in a dry place with their original package. The best conditions are being at a tempreture between 15-35 degree and at a relative humidity between 35%-65%. If the AR Spray Roving Pallets are stored at a lower temperature which below 15 degree, it is advisable to put it in the workshop for 24 hours before using to prevent condensation.
