CYC E-CR Glass Fiberglass Roving for Pultrusion FRP/GRP Rebars
CYC E-CR Glass Fiberglass Roving for Pultrusion FRP/GRP Rebars is desgined and manufactured by Sichuan Chang Yang Composites Company Limited which is coated with reinforced silane sizing and compatible with unsaturated polyester resin (UP resin), vinylester resin (VE resin), epoxy resin (EP resin) and phenolic resin, etc. Due to its high mechanical properties, multiple resin compatibility and good abrasion resisitance properties, it is desgined for producing pultrusion profiles and customized pultrusion FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer) products, such as sucker rods for oil recovery, cable trays, ladders, beams, rods, rebars, tubes, gratings, poles and sheets, etc.

PACKAGING
Fiberglass Roving Bobbin is packed with heat shrinkage plastic film or PE stretched film and then put it into cardboard carton or onto pallet. Each fiberglass roving spool weight is around 18~20KGs and maximum is 24KG. The stadnard pallet is packed 48 spools or 64 spools.
The most ecomomy way of shipping fiberglass roving is loaded by 20'FT container which can load 20 pallets and the net weight is around 18~20MT.

STORAGE
Unless otherwise specified, CYC Fiberglass Roving should be stored in a dry and cool place with its original package. Best conditions are at temperatures from 15℃ to 35℃ and humidity between 35% to 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high, when the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layer, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
