CYC Glass Fiber Assembled Roving for Thermoplastics
CYC Fiberglass Assembled Roving for Thermoplastic Resins is coated with special sizing which is compatible with PP, PA, PBT/PET, ABS/AS resin matrixes. Fiberglass Roving or Fiberglass Chopped Strands compatible with thermoplastic resins and extruded through screw extruder at certain temperature to get plastic pellets then put the plastic pellets into injection machine to form the final products. Thermoplastic Roving provides excellent processability and dispersion in thermoplastic resins and offer high mechanical properties to the final products.
it is an ideal reinforcement raw material for thermoplastics engineering industry. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and abrasion resistant properties, it is widely used in automotive parts, home appliances, machines tools, chemical corrosion resistance and sports goods.

PACKAGING
CYC fiberglass roving bobbins are packed by standard exporting package in pallets.
Each single fiberglass bobbin warped with heat shrinkage plastic film or PE stretched film and then label on it.
Fiberglass roving spool net weight is around 16~20KGs and maximum is 24KG.
The stadnard pallet is packed with 48 spools or 64 spools.
The most ecomomy way of shipping fiberglass roving is loading by 20'FT container which can load 20 pallets and the net weight is around 18~20MT.

STORAGE
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass roving should be stored in a dry and cool place with original package, do not open the package until use. the best storage conditions are at temperatures from 15 to 35℃ and humidity between 35 to 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than three layers high, when the pallets are stacked in 2 or 3 layer, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
