FIBERGLASS CHOPPED STRAND FLOW MAT

CYC Fiberglass Chopped Strand Flow Mat consists of a synthetic non-woven mat layer (PP layer), and sandwiched it between two glass fiber chopped strands (no binder) layers and stitched all layers together with polyester yarn. It is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy, phenolic resin etc. and suitable for RTM, vacuum infusion and hand lay-up processes to manufacture boats, wind blades, automobile components, train parts, flat panels etc.

PACKAGING

The product is rolled on a paper tube with inner diameter 76mm (3”) and wrapped with polyester bag and then put into carton box. Load the rolls horizontally on pallets or container.
