Light Weight Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) 70~230gsm for Automobile Headliner
CYC Light Weight Fiberglass Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) 70~230g/m2 for Automobile Headliner is made of lower tex E-Glass chopped strands in 50mm length and dispersed randomly on the belt and then bonded together by polyester powder or emulsion binder. It is mainly used in polyurethane resin and also compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinly ester epoxy and phenolic resins, which is designed for automobile inner headliner with any width less than 3600mm, with excellent process perfromance, it is greatly improved headliner's stiffness and bond strength of polyurethane foam films and meantime reduced automobile's weight.
Other related products include automotive parts, electric insulator, sanitary wares, various FRP/GRP panels, boatbuilding, bathroom equipment, cooling towers, etc.
Suitable process include hand lay-up, filament winding, continuous laminating and compress molding etc.

PACKAGING:
Each roll of CYC E-Glass fiberglass light weight chopped strand mat is winding on a paper tube with inner diameter 79mm, 90mm or 106mm, standard roll length is 200m, 300m, 500m and customized roll length is available. Each roll of mat is wrapped with plastic bag and packed in individual carton box. the package can be loaded in contianer directly or by pallets.
STORAGE:
Unless otherwise specified, CYC E-Glass fiberglass light weight chopped strand mat shuold be stored in a dry, cool and water-proof place with its original packaging. The recommended conditions are at temperatures from 15°C to 35°C and humidity between 35% and 65%. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than 2 layers , without pallet should not be stacked more than 4 layers.
